[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — reversal of processing fee

I have applied for housing loan on sep 2018 and the executive received cheque from me 3000 inr as processing fee. Its been 3 months now i havent received any communication from them. When we called they said bank has stopped housing loans for a while. If bank cannot provide loans then why receive processing fee from the customers. I request the bank to refund my money
