Dear sir /madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that i, mr. Arvind gupta has cancelled my home loan (A/c[protected] vasai (West) due to companies technical issues. This loan was disbursed on dated 28/09/2018 and cancelled on 29/10/2018. As suggested by mr. Yogesh haryan and dhfl, vasai west branch team (Prashad inamdar) to cancel the home loan as disbursements of home loan will not be possible due to some government policy. You can apply to some other bank for home loan. We will revers your total processing fees paid (Rs. 17, 110) and emi and pre emi. I have received emi and pre emi but still i have not received my processing fees till date. As comited by dhfl, vasai west branch team. I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than two months that we have not received our payment back.
