I've taken top up loan on nov.2016 from dhfl offered on my previous home loan. (Application no.[protected] i'm so disappointed and frustrated with dhfl service and fake promises from their executive to just sell their product. They are taking dis-advantage of customer need.
- they have unnecessarily added chola ms insurance to this loan without my consent, their executive not given any information on attaching policy to my loan amount. He has taken disadvantage of my sign on application form and he fills up additional fields without my information.
- on approval of loan request they have not feel important to educate customer what been approved,
- from customer care till executive and his manager force me to collect disbursed amount else they have threaten that emi will start immediately as loan already disburse. With no option left i've taken loan.
- even now loan manager verbally committed to reduce interest rate to 11.75 but not given me letter. I feel like cheated now from dhfl.
This is given me lots of mental and physical stress and feels like harassment from executive.
I would like to have strong action against such executive and his manager (Manish kashyap) and would like to claim cash compensation of 1 lacs for mental harassment and unnecessary addition of policies and charging interest on polices for 15 years. Was this information helpful? |
