Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — unable to get provisional certificate for home loan on customer portal

Hello team,
I have already register the complain for not getting the provisional certificate for home loan. Indian consumer complaint team already shared my query with dhfl but i a have not received any document.
Why i am not able to get all required document on the customer portal of dhfl.
Need this document on high priority, i am registering my second complaint for the same topic on consumer support.
Please consider and respond to it.
