DG — CDC Renewal sticker pending for long time with Chennai MMD

CDC Renewal sticker is pending with chennai MMD for about 2 months. They are telling like the process not yet started.I have applied on June.When I called on July they said I will get my CDC Renewal sticker by end of July. But when I visit them today they said no circulars came from mumbai and printer not available(Some blunder) reasons. My company asking for it and I have to wait till CDC sticker arrive. I am the only person earn in my family. Now itself 2 months gone. Don't know what is going to happen if they delay more months. They are not answering properly. They said them self don't know, how to issue the sticker. If some procedures came around it is the responsibility of the Govt officials to know what to do and how to do.About two months back they issued amendment to issue CDC sticker online but till now the process not started in chennai. Who can question them? Who is responsible? What is the position of a common man ?? If this continuous I have to die in Drought. This is my last hope. Somebody Please help us.
