[Resolved]  Dg Shipping — cdc renewal (apparently mistakenly approved and delayed for more than 60 days

Good day sir,

Kindly note that my application was approved on the 31st of october 2018.

24th december i enquired by email and was told and i quote "query noted and action in this regard is being initiated immediately and renewal sticker shall soon be dispatched to your given address directly under intimation to you."

Today 1st of january 2019 its been more than 60 days and only after sending a second email i was told that my application was mistakenly approved.

I request you to clear the reason for rejection and the delay in dealing with this issue.

Also your last email has left me confused. Please explain what da stands for?
Also what validity are we talking about? If it is the validity of my cdc we are talking about then it is till 26/11/2019.
The status on the dg website now shows under process. Kindly confirm how much more time will it take for the sticker to reach me and if there is any other document that you would like to see!
