Parupalli nelsun, cdc no: mum135458, applied for cdc renewal sticker on 7 feb 2015 to mumbai shipping master. Cdc checker on dg shipping website showing cdc issue date 19 feb 2015, cdc expiry date 18 feb 2015 . But i have not received post card or sticker till date. Tried calling shipping master for two months but every time they say to call after 2 days. My details are: indos no: 05nl0393, date of birth: 30 june 1987.
