I m VIPIN MISHRA, applied for duplicate class 4 coc from kolkata mmd on 8 june 2017.Mycoc no is 95Z23412 and CDC no is MUM234722 .but now its been a more than month, still no update regarding dispatch of duplicate class IV coc .my indos no is 11EL1285.please it very urgent, because of this i am unable to join the ship from last 6 months.please help
