I, ritik bisht, would like to state that my cdc (Application no. Smo (M)/2018/55702, dated 24/aug/2018), which was sent to me by speed post no. Em[protected]in, dated 2nd nov 2018 to my home address at 163, antriksh apartment, h-3 block, vikaspuri, new delhi 110018, is returned back to you on 9th nov.2018, because that time my parents were not available at that address. So i request you to please send my cdc again to my same address as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.
