Dg Shipping — unable to submit form a for fresh cdc

I am trying to apply for cdc and cannot proceed without the height and color or eyes and hair.

Lbsindos email is not working and giving me error. Kindly check its been a long time and i have tried different email address and still the same error.

It looks like the the email box is full and cannot take any more email.
If that is case please look into increasing the mailbxox size. I have tried all day still no go.
