Dg Shipping — under verification process of cdc

I applied fresh indian cdc on 13th april 2019. However, till date the status is showing as "under verification process". A friend who applied with me already received the cdc booklet.

I email couple of time. But, didn't received any reply.

Kindly, request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
