I Capt Ashok carrol had sent my certificate with documents and fees from GPO mumbai for revalidation of COS master on 19th oct . Till date i have recieved no intimation if any defeciency was there in my submisssion or my revalidated COS . I have been sailing since 1999 and this is my 5th time when revalidation of certificate of service was sent . Earliar by hand the envelope was given and within three days i used to get the revalidated certificate . ALL mails sent remain unanswered .kindly respond and reply
