you are correct. they are harssing people. they are gaining from their parent company also.
for example a person given task to fill data for 800 forms, but person failed to fill cut off 720 instead he have done 500 forms only, that company will get 500 forms money from parent company and also 3900 from innocet person who has allocated work. behalf that so much pressure creates on person for not paying money.
moreover they will tell 8 days working time but last day cut off will be mid 12 AM .. which means you will be loosing aprrox 12 hours.. because you will get userid details morning times only from them. but time counts from midnet
morever even though you have done correctly their qc reports adds mistakes into forms.
please somebody take action

I also suffering this problem. I am complete form filling work in 6 days but company says your accurcy 0 percent so you have to give Rs 3, 900, otherwise you will have to legal Action.
