[Resolved] Dhamaalshop.com — Dhamaal fraud — videocon 32 inch led tv - not received my address

I have placed prepaid order of videocon led 32 inch order no is DS4317 of amount of rs 6749/- through dhamal shop.com on[protected].
The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my credit card but still the product is not delivered to my address even from the first day i was requesting them to cancel my order, so as such it is requested to kindly solve my problem by way of refund my amount of rs 6749/- asap please help me out with this i request you.

This is in regard to your order no DS4317 which you placed with our company Dhamaalshop.com on the[protected]:11 PM.

We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you order is Cancelled and yours amount get refunded through a bank. Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more number of staffs to make much better business for ours valuable customers.

Updated by Amrish Babu Netha they did not paid my payment till today... i got few of fraud calls from unknown persons but i complained to police regarding this... kindly take an action them and let me get my money back... how to cheat people like this God will punch you

i need a reply from DhamaalShop people and they should send my product or money back.
