Dear sir,

I booked redmi note 4 phone through face book online link and amount r.2749 was debited in my hdfc credit card ending of 3754. If can not dispatch my order kindly refund my amount to my bank account and refer the attached transaction details for your ref.

I called customer service number several time but not response my call.

I am going to compliant in consumer court.
