[Resolved] Dhamaalshop.com — Refurbished - videocon 32" hd led tv | |||||
I have booked a videocon 32" hd led tv on dhmaalshop.com wide order no ds36141 dated 18.03.2016 and i have paid for same rs. 7449/- including shipping charges rs 150/-. When i booked my order showing docket id 100468 of gojavas coriour co. And when i traced it was not valid for a long time. After 15-16 days i got a messeged from gojavas that "your consignment has been received by gojavas (Id- unidmsp100468) and will be delivered in 4-5 business days. And i received parcel but i shocked - what is it...? It was not a tv, it was something else and too much small parcel having packaging material of well known online shopping site snapdeal. I tried a lot to contact dhamaalshop customer care, but no one is picking up calls and no rply. And finally i complaint about it police station, if i dont received my refund withing 4-5 days i will file a case and try my best to recover it, I wont left that fraud people. And when i complaint this on https://www.consumercomplaints.in (Id: 1256260) dhmaalshop comment on same complaint and said that order was dispatch thorugh docket no unidmsp100468.
I was shocked when same docket no parcel i was received it was not television
It was mentioned as garments. And parcel received was packed with snapdeal lable packing. Photos are attached.
Please help me to recover my money and give your suggestin to receive my money.
I am waiting for your kind suggestion.
