It's so aggreviating that they offer loan in 3 minutes which is completely untrue. No sense of what an appointment means. So far I have called 10 times in 5 days and every time the rep reschedules the appointment and the field office never turns up.
Either cancel the loan or share an update on the loan. Please do not waste our valuable time.
A suggestion to you guys is to work on your SOP and improve your process flow as none of the representative seems to have process knowledge as everyone gives incorrect info and makes false promises.
The team leads when transfered the call keep you on mute and chit chat until we disconnect the call. Literally 45 minute of mute is unacceptable from the team lead Deepthi.
Representative who made false promises Archana, masseha, hari, thinsa are someone whom I remember.
I know there won't be no change even after writing this as I can see the satisfaction rate is 1 % and cases resolved is 1.
