Dhanvi Internet Solution — NO USER ID RECEIVED FROM 1 MONTH

Dear Sir, My name is santosh gunjal and I am using Dhanvi Internetfrom last 1 Month User ID Jsyadav which is given by Ranjit for Demo useuntil I receive my new id (who took franchisee of Dhanvi Internet, Vapi ) Required document for new connection it’s alreadytaken by Ranjit from me and Amount of Rs. 5060/- .. I have made continues follows with him for my user IDbut till date I have not received my new id and I have madecomplaint to Dhanvi multiple times for my creation of my user, Homeinstallation is already done at my home place, Later i was informed by dhanvithan Jsyadav is allotted to me and according the password has been changed byDhanvi (Ahmedabad office) Now I came to know that Jsyadav was not Demo id, it wassomeone id who put complaint on Dhanvi for refund of his amount. Now thething is that my amount is already taken by Ranjit (Dhavni service provider, Vapi) and the Jsyadav id is Deacitvate on based on Jsyadav (person MrYadav) complaint which was made on July’14 for refunds of his amount.. Now NOid is created for me after paying full amount. So please suggest to me should I go legally complaintagainst (Dhanvi Interest & Mr Ranjit (Franchisee, Vapi), Yourresponse should receive to me in 2 days or else I will take legal actionagainst Dhanvi.
