Dharamveer — not receiving of motorcycle key-reg

I booked ap31bh4382 bajaj pulsur 135cc by home pick up system from, dabagardens, vizag-20 to chennai. Received the vehicle on 18th sept but keys not handed over to me at the time of delivery stating that it were leftover at vizag. I contacted mr.
