I was given information about some other product but was provided some other one. Also in september 2017 double amount was deducted from my account. I complained about it but no one responded. Kindly help me. I want to stop this policy and want the money back. Help me out please. Every time i tried to talk the agent, he ignores me and gives lame excuses. Help me please. I have already made a complaint through id no. Dli-026451 but no solution.
