DHL Express India — About Dhl company did not send my parcel on real senders name and also charged high amount

Dear team,

My tracking number is [protected].i have parceled my things via your company from punjab on 17 dec 2020. When i checked about its location i came to know that my parcel is not moved from brescia to italy. My exact destination for delivery is Italy. And from which courier company i parceled they charged me near about 6400 rupees. And my parceled is not yet been delivered. Kindly help me regarding this.i am not being satisfied by your services.
