DHL Express India — dhl is asking me to custom clearance money to deliver my parcel | |||
My friend from tunisia sent me a gift parcel and paid all charges there but now dhl india is asking me to clear the custom duty to get it. She has sent me a gift before and i didn't need to pay anything. She paid everything this time too then why am i being asked to pay any charges. Custom charges are so much and i'm not able to pay right now. Even if the amount is small i can pay but it's like 2700. This the tracking number. Kindly help me to get my parcel.
