DHL Express India — due to shipment delayed i lost 1 lakh and i faced depression bcuz arrogant behaviour of customer care

Hi dhl,

I want to introduce our company, we are an start up and struggling a lot to become a success full firm for last 1 year,

All our savings we have invested in this shipment awb [protected] with 4 pcs

From the beginning shipment as issues, only 2 pcs is shipped from hong kong and later 2 pcs where shipped. 2 days delayed and customs has cleared 4 pcs, but again 1 pcs is missed again 1 more day delayed,

On monday i was at client place dhl delivery person called and informed to me they are coming in 30 min as im away from my office and no one in the office, i was speeding up with my bike to reach the office i requested the delivery person to wait for 15 min i’ll be there, but he said won’t wait with arrogant voice note and i said ill file a complaint if it not delivered today bcuz its leads to loss for my business! Even though i explained my situation he went,

Again its rescheduled today morning, @ 9:13 they came to my premises without informing me and i reached the office at 9:30,

Yesterday customer care executive told me that they will come after 9 o clk and will call you, but no call, again its rescheduled today eve, but my customer who is paid for the products is asking for refund for the product! Just tell me what i have to do in this situation die or live?

Important thing delivery person ([protected]) sathya moorthy is not picked up my call when i tried to ask him when will they come back, i called through other number he attended phone and answered please call customer care and hanged the phone!
And i called the dhl delivery office ([protected]) more than 10 times they pick the after 10 calls,

I used dhl when my chinese supplier suggested me for fast delivery because i have time constraint, but reality is far different.

I wanted to mention this i have used fedex and tnt, they are so kind and they never raised their voice on customer, even they have delivered the shipment and collected the custom duty after 3 days (When i was not there)
I think they understood the value of customer satisfaction!

The depression i faced due this cant not be waived off.
