1. On receiving a message on my mobile phone on 23/01/2019 at 06.27 pm relating to the above product i uploaded scanned copy of my passport. Since my delivery address is different from the passport address i have been trying to upload my phone bill to authenticate delivery address on line. But the web page becomes inactive soon after i am allowed to log in. I am at a loss to know the fate of kyc documents and the shipment.

2. I received a missed call twice today from [protected], and i do not know if it is from dhl or its local agents. I do not answer missed calls.in case if it is from your local agents please ask them to communicate with me in a proper way. Please ignore if it is not from dhl.
