While relocating my household stuff from Chennai to Bangalore, the packers and movers charged me for unloading also and did not provide unloading services and I had to hire local workers to help me with unloading. And paid them Rs 2000/-., which the company is not refunding. Plus the company did not return my 1000/-deposit they took at the time for survey. also, they are not helping me in claiming damages as well. What recourse do I have

I transported my luggage from chennai to visakhapatnam through dhl packers and movers. i booked 63 items through it. my c.n. number 1795. but i got 52 items only. i callrd them about this issue but not respond properly. their services are also not good as they mentioned. i am going to give police complaint regarding this issue.
