We enrolled for corporate Insurance thru DHS India TPA. They are responsible to give us the policy details and insurance cards. The enrollment was done in last week of Oct-2016.
It's more than three months despite timely collection of premium, that they have provided no information about the policy or details about the e-cards.
Following up with them is futile. No one picks up the customer care number [protected] despite very high wait time of over 8 - 10 minutes and they give meaningless work is in progress responses over emails time and again weeks after weeks. Was this information helpful? |
