The agent called me are you searching for a job, we have a data entry job for you and you have to fill the 90% of form correctlyand have to pay 4500 for the wrong forms. These were the exact words said by him, later on he send me the message and the mou to which he said read it and the same is written on it. To my foolishness i read the form and signed the mou. Iwhile filling the form i regonize the same number form is again twice or thrice but anyhow i completed the form and submitted them, i had no money so i joined this task. When they analyzed they told me than i reached the accuracy of 70% and they are not going to pay me any amount, on the contrary i have to pay them 4500 rupees.
I clearly said them i dont have any money, i worked throughout the week for this and i not getting anything but have to pay back the amount. Please help me, they are asking me for money to which i said it might took 1 month coz i will do job and earn but they said they will file a case and after htaht i have to pay 40k rupees.

Before siging the agreement proper information is given in the agreement and you have not obeyed the agreement, as per that the details sent to you which loss made by you to company's server kindly follow the agreement and complete the procedure and if seriously you are not agree with the terms and conditions kindly ready everything properly before starting the project. and every thing is legal binding details are provided to you on stamp paper.
AND YOU ARE NOT BEEN THREATNING BY THE COMPANY IT IS JUST COMPANY IS ASKING MONEY FOR WHAT YOU MADE A LOSS AS PER AGREEEMNT IF YOU MADE A LOSS THEN YOU ARE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME TO BE PAID
