[Resolved]  Diggital_Estore — fraud ebay seller.. sending defective phones!!

Ebay seller diggital_estore is sending defective iphones listed as brand new.
I have placed an order for iphone 6 128 gb.
Its been 6 months and 3 replacements (Waiting on the 4th one) and i have not yet received what i paid for.

This seller will intentionally delay sending your product as well as your replacement so that you are out of 30 day money back guarantee ebay protection. He takes atleast a month evey time he ships something.
It was quite late before i realized they are a fraud.
Its not a coincidence to receive 3 consecutive products defective. I am skeptic how the 4th one turns out. Fingers crossed.

Sellers like these are ruining the image of ebay..
There are multiple complains against this particular seller diggital_estore.
I cant understand why ebay wont take any action against them.
Maybe bacause they are big fraud sellers generating a lot of revenue for ebay and ebay just dosent care how they profit.
Digital_estore has multiple accounts on ebay. They have been fooling customers since ages.

In my particular situation ebay customer care says there is nothing much they can do about it. Because instead of trying to resolve the issue with seller whome i had mistakenly taken to be legit and genuine.. Which has taken months now to resolve.. I should have grown a sense of intuition and reached ebay earlier.

Seriously ebay.. U can let this fraud seller sell on ebay, with multiple accounts, despite having lot of negative reviews from users and not a single damn thing you can do for your customers for over 10 years now.

Some suggestions.
Please click a picture of your return/replacement before shipping it back.. Some fraud sellers can provide fake scratched pictures and deny you a refund.
Always try to stay within the protection period of the online hopping site be it amazon, flipkart or ebay. Fraud sellers will try to drag you out of it. Anythng beyond.. Ask for a refund asap.
Check the feedback of the vendor/seller before placing order.

I have been in touch with you guys since a month now..but no resolution from your side.
I have been asked to contact the seller..but he has denied refund and insists on sending serviced product for the 4th time.I don't know how long will this continue.
Its been such a waste of my time, money and mental peace..and honestly at this point of time..i have lost my trust and patience.
Refund is the least i can expect!
