My issue same, customer support team coll me whatsapp, he play TV pictures sounds are not mach he connected Bluetooth speakers, another sound play support team say lie, I m sending video.. So me your proof plz

HI Sir,

This is not true, We had first connected bluetooth speaker via AV cable, but didn't realized the speaker already had an SD card which started playing automatically as soon as the speaker was turned on. We showed you on video and then removed the card..then we played your video. We had connected your TV box via HDMI to computer monitor and from the monitor audio port we took the audio out to the bluetooth speaker. This is a correct way. IF there is no sound from the box, the sound from HDMI will not be transferred to the box and the same cannot be played to the BT speaker. While on video call, we had clearly shown you everything. We could not replicate the issue that you are facing. We feel its related to your TV hardware. Request you to kindly check on another TV and report back to us.
