[Resolved]  Credenser Kochi — Camera lens damage from service center

I had purchased Nikon 24-70 2.8 G ED Lens on 24/09/12 Sl No: 720018 and Photographing with it. The zoom ring was hard from the beginning but I thought it was because the lens was new. After working for three months the zoom ring on the lens become very hard and could not operate. I gave the lens for servicing on 07/01/2013 to your service facility. (Service order KCN- 001221). It was repaired and they gave me the lens back but the serial number written on the body was different(709170). when i enquired they told the body part was changed. I started using the lens and found ok but not as smooth as my other lenses. Later the lens was given for fungus cleaning on 06/09/2013. According to the instruction from service Facility the zoom ring repair was done once again to correct the initial problem that was not done properly in the first time. Now the lens came after repair and I found the lens is broken, and unable to use. So I am totally disappointed with the condition of my lens made by the service facility at Cochin(CREDENSER). When I complained about this issue, the service manager insulted me and all other fellow Keratitis to overcome the damage made by them. Praveen Joseph
