[Resolved] Digital India Deal — fraud digital india deals | |||||
Last year digitalindiadeal called and said that i am a lucky winner in a draw and i'm getting an opportunity to win a mobile worth 69000. For that i need to register with the company for that i need to pay 2000 rs and after paying will receive a combo pack of belts purse and goggles. After paying the amount they said that there is another fees of 12000 rs that i need to pay to get the reward and after which the mobile will be supplied to my doorstep and was also committed that there would be no more further charges applicable later. After paying the amount of 12000 they said that there is a last payment to be done of 8000 rs for the courier and insurance of the mobile. After a lot of conversation and commitment i paid the amount of 8000 to the company.. After which i received a call stating the mobile has been damaged at the time of supplying to my doorstep. And if i want to claim the insurance i need to pay another 18000 rs to them to link up with the company i said no for further payments and to return my money. After that and till date there is no call from company end and also if reaching them by call they are not picking up the call.. Or it's not reachable. If also received they give a time that they will call and didn't call it back... I have all the details and as well as all the transaction details onto the mail and recording of the company executive. It's such a shame that people are using such kind of way to talk by making fool and loot hard earned money of the customer and that too giving false commitment just to earn extra money. Today also after giving call to them multiple times there is no reply from the call center and also their numbers are not reachable.
