Name of the customer: mohamed yacob Order #[protected] dated nov-21-2017 Product purchased: fossil watch Sequence of events: 1. On nov-21-2017 i received a call from a telephone bearing #[protected] and i was informed that if i purchased a product from the catalogue i would be entitled for a free gift which would either be a dell laptop or a samsung 50' television or an iphone 7. When i inquired if the free gift would be give post a lucky draw, i was informed that it was a confirmed gift. I then went through the catalogue and ordered a fossil watch costing inr 650/- under order #[protected]. 2. The product was promptly delivered to my residence the next day. However the free gift that was promised did not arrive and therefore i called the aforesaid telephone number and was informed that i had won a samsung 50' tv and i was requested to pay inr 6, 799/- in order to activate my file. I was also informed that this payment will be reversed as soon as i receive the tv 3. On nov-25-2017 the company sent me a jd payment link from future choice enterprises for inr 6, 799/- and i made the requested payment promptly. When i did not here from them for more that 10 days after the said payment, i once again called the company on dec-5-2017 to check on the status of dispatch of the tv. 4. After many tries when i got through to the rep and inquired about the gift, i was told that the tv was yet to be dispatched as i had not picked the courier through which i wished to receive the consignment. I then picked blue dart courier and was informed that i would require to pay inr 7000 as courier charges and inr 3000 as insurance charges. Again the company sent me a jd payment link on dec-5-2017 from future choice enterprises for inr 10, 000/- and i made the requested payment promptly. 5. Inspite of all these payments i did not receive my gift and therefore i once again called the company and was informed that the tv was dispatched. When i requested them to provide me the tracking details the employees tried their level best to avoid this. Therefore i had to make multiple calls between dec-5-2017 to dec-11-2017 and pester them for the tracking details. At last they gave me the alleged blue dart tracking number [protected]. However when i checked the blue dart website i found that no consignment was booked under the said tracking number. I once again called the company and after trying to dodge, they informed me that the consignment sent was damaged and therefore instead of the tv i would be paid inr 75, 499 along with the amount of inr 16, 799 paid by me along withe insurance claim amount of inr 75, 000. 6. When i did not get the money for more that 15 days i once again reached out to the company and was informed that i would have to send my bank details viz account number, ifsc code along with id proof document and a passport size photograph in order for them to process my claim. I was requested to send these details to [protected]@digitalindiadeal.com and accordingly i sent the same. 7.in-spite of making a false promise, and collecting huge amount of money from me the company has not chosen to fulfill its promise. They have not even had the courtesy to promptly refund the amount of inr 16, 799 collected from me by misrepresentation and fraud. 8. As promised the company requires to make the following amounts Inr 754299 (Cost of the samsung 50' tv) Inr 16, 799 (Collected from me on nov-25-2017 and dec-5-2017) Inr 75, 000 (Insurance collected on account of the alleged damage to the tv) Hope you will take this complaint on record and help me resolve the situation and oblige Was this information helpful? | |||||

After trying our level best to speak to you and to your customer department (which always promises a call back which never comes) and with your finance department (which promises to refund the money but never does) and your fulfillment department (which does not even courteously respond) only I have been forced to take this action. Please take note that if you do not choose to resolve this issue at the earliest, I will continue to raise this issue at all forums available to me including the legal forums.

I have received a portion of the money I had paid and am still awaiting the INR 10, 000 paid by me. Upon receipt of the same I will close this matter. Please expedite payment
Bull ###, this complaint is not resolved. These scumbags are a bunch of liars. I am yet to get my 10, 000 rupees. Digital India Deal is a FRAUD company. Please boycott it as they don't deserve your support. In fact their CUSTOMER CARE number +[protected]as advertised) does not even exist.
The telephone number (+[protected] you have advertised here is a fake. Please provide a proper customer care number for follow up
