Digital Typing Services — cheated in the form of registration fee and quality control checking fee and not paid the salary

I have applied for home base online job in quikr.com site and they provided me with some of the online job companies with their contact number.

On 07.12.18 i received one message through whatsapp with some job profile and plan from digital typing services. The nature of the job is conversion of image file to word file by typing. They asked me to pay the registration fee of rs.800/- (Refundable) and they provided with their paytm number and company address.

On 10.12.18 i remitted the registration fee of rs.800/- to the said paytm account. They sent me the image document. After the completion of work i submitted the word file to their email id : [protected]@gmail.com.

Again they asked me to remit the amount of rs.4000/- (Refundable) for quality checking otherwise the salary amount will not be released. They told me that after the payment of rs.4000/- the salary amount of rs.8000/-along with registration fee and quality checking amount will be credited to my paytm account within 48 hours.

On 31.12.18 i have remitted the amount rs.4000/- to the said paytm account. After that iam not able to contact them and no response to my message.
