Digital Typing Services — cheated in the name of quality control and registration fee

Respected sir,
I was cheated by digital typing services, I have applied for data entry job in quick.com, in that I got msg from Mr. Nikhil from Digital typing services, and I registered by paying Rs. 800.00, then they given me work through whats up, I have submitted the work on 20th jan 2019, and on 21st he told me to deposit Rs. 4000 for quality control and I also got mail from [protected]@gmail.com regarding paying Rs. 4000 which is refundable. I paid the said amount through net banking to vishal Kumar's account. but still I didt get any payment or quality control amount back. the company details are as follows:
