Digitizeindia.gov.in — unable to register

Hi, i cannot register to the digitizeindia.gov.in its showing service unavailable error please help .as iam looking forwward to start working on the digital india work to earn however since iam not able to work on this i. even the registration link is also not working so how are people suppose to work .it is showing service unavailable and you guys want me to expand it how I don't so IAM just typing words inorder to expand the complain which is very illogical and for no good reason you guys have sent me and email stating that my complain is going to get ignored and unresolved just because the complain is short and not enough explain atory which is strange becoz I don't know how to explain that IAM not able to register coz IAM getting and error of service unavailable and how can I explain this simple error in 350 words just to make sure that my complain gets resolved I have no idea who are these guys who wants the complain explain in atleast 350 words why can't I just keep it brief and short what sort of rule is this anyways please resolve my issue and send me the registration link asap .
