items added to cart can't proceed to checkout

I have an order in my cart of nokia 6.
And every time i tried proceed to check out.
It's not going through.
I[censored] can't allow users to purchase the item, then why showed the options to add to cart.

I have added couple of pictures, kindly review it and give me the explanation..

Otherwise i'll take this matter further.....

Fraud company, no office on given address

Hi,
I visit this company for interview per pus i see add on Internet. i need a job urgently in cake php .So then i visit directly on given address mention in website sec-110.so i inform to all guys if you see any job requirement from diligencesoft plz ignore it and not waste your time and money.its totally fraud company....
