Respected sir/madam

I want to inform you that today i came to ur crown lodha project to see flat n even for booking also but due to loan eligibility i have not booked, but my problem is different the service which provided by ur end it was very shocking i had never thought that in this company also we hv to see all the things. Sales team has committed me that sir we will provide you free pick up n drop. So i made my mind i came there by ola due to this kind of service which we r not getting frm other company. When i came there one executive cms there took my detail n then given me token to see presentation, sample flats. Then ur executive ([protected]) called me after that n asked sir whr r u then i said i m in ur waiting room he came there see me when he saw me he imidiatly walked away frm there bcz i came there alone n on phn he said sir ok u wait there.in 25 minuts i had seen presentation n even sample flats also. But for scheme explaination i waited there almost 2hours. So many times i asked to ur executive that when will my no. Cm every time they said sir wait for some time. I came there at 2pm. Then i called to that executive who has ([protected]) called me to see all this process on phn he said sir i am out you just wait for 5minuts i will cm n help you, then again i waited for 45minuts, he came but he has ignored me bcz he thought i am alone so may be i will not buy the flat then why to waist time. Then after some time i called him but he has not picked my call then i approach to a good lady executive who was just standed near me she arranged a good lady executive who has explained me everything in deails n then i am ready to buy flat but same thing i repeated to that good lady that will i get loan she aranged loan guy but due to some itr file i was not able to take maximum loan. Then i walked out after that, i called to ur executive that pls now drop me then what he said that i am showing you on snap shot below. From office i walked out at 5:15pm n till 6:45pm i waited for drop facility, then i took auto frm out side came to katai goan n frm there i took bus n went to kalyan rly station frm there i went to my home really i got very bed experience in ur firm. I know that i am not a king but yes in service industry language i am king bcz i am ur customer who came to buy a flat for his family but unfortunatly i did't get. My only concern is i[censored] r no1 in real estate industry then why i got this kind of service, then in future how you will maintain ur no1 position. Sir/madam pls look into in this matter i[censored] want its a humble request frm your future customer.
