Dilip — Product problem - Disc of Skoda Rapid

KA04 MM 345 I got my disc replaced on 16, 000 Kms and then again on 29, 100 Kms. Really shocked to see how ever the condition of weather / driving skills / road / rain, wondering how can disc and brake pads get off so soon. Now got a new disc and disc pads replaced. I am in a situation where i need to get it replaced just because i picked up skoda in my life. Really i am not been guided by anyone and no one is able to provide me proper justification. Customers are taken for granted and they are ending up optionless just becuase we have purchased SKODA cars. Pathetic service till date i have got. TAFE is worst of all.
