DIMTS — bus driver didn't open the boarding gate at sector-13 dwarka stop, new delhi.

The bus driver (Panditji) of bus no.770 today (Dec.12, 2018), didn't open the boarding gate at sector-13, dwarka (Mrv school) bus stop at 0830 hrs, despite my indication to him. He was plying bus with registration number-dl-1pd/3215. Though he stopped the bus at the said stop but didn't open the boarding gate. He is a habitual offender and does the same till he reports in time at madhu-vihar bus stop. My complaint no. Is 2608/18 of date and the same would be pursued with higher authorities, if i am not informed of the action taken against the erring driver within a week of the registration of my complaint.

Bus no dl-1349 time 10:00 am, 24 February 2019 .. place -khera mor, 824- uttam nagar terminal ... When i tried to stop this bus so bus's driver does not sotp the bus at khera mor bus stand ... Please take action if you also a real human Being
