Sir,
Today, i. E. On 16/2/2018 at 09.20 am, i boarded the bus from mandi house having route no. 310 up and bus no. Dlipd2558 which goes upto jheel (A scanned copy of the ticket is attached) and requested for ticket upto rainy well. Instead the conductor of the bus handed over me the ticket which indicates that it commences from krishi bhawan upto ito (Agcr). On seeing the ticket i immediately told the conductor that you have wrongly punched the ticket which is upto ito (Agcr) and instead he told me not to worry.
When i dropped at rainy well bus stand, the ttes asked for the ticket and i showed the ticket and in turn they told me that the ticket is upto ito (Agcr) and not upto rainy well. On my arguing/explaining the situation with the ttes that it is not my fault, it is the fault of your conductor (Having id no. 11468) that he punched the ticket from krishi bhawan whereas i boarded the bus from mandi house metro station but they charged me the penalty of rs.200/- which i paid, a scanned copy of which is attached with this email though i was not at fault at any point of time. I am being terribly harassed.
At this the conductor may refuse and deny it to save himself that he is not at fault but it is the passenger who committed the mistake.
On enquring from the helpline no.[protected] i gathered the details of the bus conductor providing me the id no. 11468 of the concerned bus route no. 310 up and i don’t know whether it is correct or not and then i talked to your seema puri depot manager, mr raj kumar (Mob. No. [protected]) and explained the whole episode to him and in turn mr kumar assured me that he will detain the conductor and get the information from conductor and if he will be at fault he will have to pay the penalty of rs.200/- and asked me to whatspps the ticket which i did.
I, therefore, request you to kindly direct your conductor to refund me the penalty of rs.200/- which i paid at rainy well bus stop without any fault of me.
Here, i would like to mention that without any fault of the passengers you are, therefore, requested to kindly punish the conductors in general, and specially route no 310 in particular and also direct him that instead of saving his rs.5/- or else to issue the ticket again they are burdening the passengers with heavy penalty and direct him to contact on my mobile number and refund me the penalty which i paid after being harassed.
