DIMTS — driver does not stopped even for 30 seconds on the starting point of bus

I waived hand to the driver to stop the bus as i was standing before 100 mtr of bus stand as there was a long que of bus alredy on the stand, instead he ran the bus ahead of all buses nd doesnt waited for 30 secnds for passengers to carry, i even ran to catch the bus nd was behind the bus, still he drove away

Place i catched the bus to travel and verbally intimate the driver kapashera crossing. When i askd why they don't stopped they argued with saying this bus is not mean to stop and stand.
