Sir, I have made e-payment for issue of DL and was successfully on 29/09/2016 for on line DL. The payment details:-
Reference: DL[protected], Txct. No.:GSBI[protected]
But, Again I paid Rs. 250 on office payment counter on 01/10/206 as on demand of South West, vasant vihar . Receipt No.01-87297.
Kindly arrange the refund directly to my bank. thanks

I had applied for on line appointment for permanent DL from west zone janakpuri, for which I paid e payment for fees from my debit card Rs. 325/- on 22.10.2016 at 3.18 PM, but payment has been deducted from my account & DIMTS shows payment failure, you are requested to kindly look into the matter & refund the same at your earliest.

I applied for online appointment for learning license from south-west zone dwarka,
Rs 965 /- is deducted from my credit card on 11/07/2017 at 21:54pm.
But DIMTS show payment failure.
Please look this matter as soon as possible..
