Dineout — need my money back as added but not using | |||
Hi, I have added rs 6000/- in my wallet of dinout for dining expenses, due to some personal reason i haven't used that money for dining. Now i am calling to customer care no @ [protected] on 12/08/2018 @ 14.17 pm for inquiring my as per them they are not allowed to refund the same whether u are using your money or not that too it has expiry of your money also till 2019. Why these kind of policy has been allowed to apps maker that they can be added money to wallet but not take back if they are not using it. After all its my/consumer money not dinouts.
