Company: dineout Date of the incident: 18/08/2019 Incident: I had booked a table at arena eleven, sln terminus hyderabad restaurant and did payment through dineout pay before going to the restaurant. When i reached to the place, restaurant manager rejected the payment which was done earlier because he would like to have payments at his presence. Immediately, approached the customer care of dineout app, the intelligent dineout representative suggested me to do the second payment and he gave word like i will get the refund for the first payment. I took his words are like gods blessings and did the second payment. Had a worst lunch ever in my life at the same restaurant, next dropped an email to the dineout. They logged my complaint with the reference number: 328260 and have been asking me to wait for 24-48 hours from 18/08/2019 to till today. Ankit mehrotra, vivek kapoor, nikhil bakshi and sahil jain establishing a company can do anyone, but gaining the trust of customers is not possible for everyone.
