Dineout — refund from dineout of rs5046 | |||
Sir, I made a reservation through dineout app on 19th july 2019, at 2 places, the junkyard cafe and teddy boy (Booking id do5708607, do5711694). It was my mom's birthday, so we planned to go out. We went to the junkyard cafe, there i redeemed my gourmet passport coupons, when the waiter issued me the bill, by applying all the discounts the bill amount was 7452. Then i made a transaction of rs 7452 at teddy boy (Charged by rbl bank credit card amt rs 5046.30) by mistake, then i again made a transaction of the same amount at junkyard cafe (Charged by rbl credit card of rs 5097.60). So could you please tell me the process of refund the amount of 5046.30 in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
