Dineout — refund of cash money from dineout

I made a reservation through dineout and decided to pay through dineout. I added an amount of 6000 for the bill payment but it did not got added so again added the same amount. After i made the payment i saw that the money had been added twice. It was a fault in their app and i now have 10k in the wallet. When i check again they have some hidden clause the money in the wallet cannot be refunded. Instead of displaying this information on the top they have very conveniently added this as an answer to some mostly asked questions. They are fooling the customers by giving offers on paymemt through app but hide imp details like this. I dont use dineout frequently plus middle class person like me cannot afford to put a sum of 10k into some random wallet and let it get wasted. I complained to their team and they just tell me that they will get back in 24 hours but never revert. Please help me get my money back and take strict action on the dineout people for misleading the customer.
