I applied for booking a room for my parents (Shri gr arya, retd chief manager, pnb, email: [protected]@rediffmail.com) in kolkata guest house (Period from 14 to 16 mar 2018) five times on 28 feb 2018. However, none of the transactions were successful in booking room. The money was deducted from my account on all occasions but room was not booked. Following are booking id for the same:

The amount per transaction was rs 1260 (Total transaction rs 6300).

I filed complaint for refund on their website holidayhomes. Nic.in and emailed the details of transaction with screen shot of my account. But till now neither any action has been taken nor any reply has been made.

Please help me get my money refunded.
