[Resolved] Dish TV — amount deducted without any information and misgauding | |||||
I have recharged my dish tv vc number [protected] of rs.1911/- with save 20% on recharge of 12 month offer as per customer care for swagat pack with 1 year validity. Recharge date 05/12/2017. But as per customer care swagat pack activation has been failed due to that they have deducted rs.382 for add on pack 1 day charge. And also my validity has been decrease from 4/12/2018 to 13/9/2018. I have attached snap shots for amount deduction. Please extend my validity upto 4/12/2018. And also i called customer care lot of time but every time they are misgauging.
