[Resolved] Dish TV — can't able to select my channels as per new trai rules | |||
My dish tv vc no:[protected] reg mob:[protected] I spoke many times to dishtv customer support for selecting my specific cannels, but thay told that they don't have provision for the same and customer should change channels through their webite or mobile app. I entered in their website-https://www.dishtv.in many times and try to select specific channels. But that is not possible through their website and also through mobile app In their website all other menus are working/loading except the sub menu - channels - in - mera apna pack menu. So i cant able to select specific cahnnels Sir please resolve this problem Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 15, 2019 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Saju, Thanks for reaching out to us. Our website/App has probably hit a technical snag. My team is checking this and will fix the same soon. Further, I would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, I would suggest you to send a mail at [protected]@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, my team will help you with the same.
