[Resolved]  Dish TV Customer Care — dish tv refund money

I have subscribed for dish TV through online subscription.
They were unable to process this order on account of some problem in the concerned area. The refund process was started 10 days ago from Dish TV.
There is no action taken from Dish TV from the last 15 days. They just call and give fake reasons. My Request no. is [protected]. i wish consumer court to take action against this. mobile no. [protected]

Hello sir,
I m very angry with your service, my one recharge has been successful in wrong vc number ([protected]), n my complaint is delay from 72 hours, this is my 5th complain from my side n here is no any response from your Side, I wanna my refund on this transaction id, given blow n provide me my refund soon otherwise I will take action against your dishtv

We canceled our service the first of September 2019. It's been over 3 weeks and still no refund. What's the problem?

I am continueing with Dish tv since a long time inspiteof somany difficulties. on 20th Octobar 2020, suddenly Dish transmission stopped to work. I coplained and nobody turned. On 21 dish custumer care personnel received my complaint and not yet resolved. itried to get information from the Telugu language custemar care personnel. some times the transfered the call to the supervisor and they nevver answered properly. several times they disconnected without proper answer. AS my grand children are at home, I requsted the custemer care to inform if itis delayed to enableme to get another connection. But every day they postponing to nextday since aweek causing much inconvenience in these kovid days. when I asked to abut refund of my advance payment, they bluntly rejected and said, youhave to lose your mony if you chose anether service provader. The phone numbers (Oterthan custemer cara) are not workig. finally I decided this most worest in providing service to custemers

here is no broadcasting for more than a week. When called for customer care several times, (more than forty times in a week) they are not answered properly and disconnecting the call abruptly. Hence I wanted to go to State consumer forum for compensation for the inconvenience and mental agony, apart from disconnecting the dish
